Effective Date: July 6, 2026
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between OceanVault ("OceanVault", the "Platform", "we", "our", or "us") and any individual or legal entity ("User", "you", or "your") accessing or using the Platform.
By creating an account, accessing, or using any functionality of OceanVault, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
By accessing or using OceanVault, you agree to comply with this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
OceanVault provides a technology platform that enables Users to access digital investment products, monitor portfolio performance, manage digital assets, and utilize other services made available through the Platform.
Nothing contained within the Platform shall be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, fiduciary services, brokerage services, or any other regulated financial service unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
OceanVault reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion.
Any revised version becomes effective immediately upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise specified. Continued use of OceanVault following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
You acknowledge that investments involving cryptocurrencies, blockchain-based assets, tokens, stablecoins, digital securities, and other digital financial instruments involve substantial financial risk.
The value of digital assets is highly volatile and may increase or decrease significantly within short periods of time.
OceanVault does not guarantee:
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You expressly acknowledge and accept that investing through the Platform may result in partial or complete loss of your invested funds.
Such losses may arise from market volatility, liquidity shortages, adverse market conditions, technological failures, regulatory actions, cyber incidents, or other circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
All investment decisions are made solely by you.
OceanVault neither directs nor controls your investment decisions and shall not be liable for any financial losses resulting from decisions made by you.
Any market analysis, statistics, forecasts, historical data, investment indicators, projected returns, portfolio analytics, charts, notifications, ratings, or other information displayed through the Platform is provided solely for informational purposes.
Such information does not constitute investment advice, a solicitation to purchase or sell any asset, or a recommendation regarding any investment strategy.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any investment based on your own financial objectives, investment experience, and risk tolerance.
Nothing contained within this Agreement shall create any fiduciary, advisory, agency, brokerage, partnership, joint venture, employment, or trustee relationship between OceanVault and the User.
You acknowledge that every investment transaction is executed voluntarily and entirely at your own discretion.
OceanVault shall not be liable for losses arising from:
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all taxes, duties, fees, or other governmental charges arising from your investments or transactions conducted through OceanVault.
OceanVault assumes no responsibility for your individual tax obligations.
You agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your jurisdiction regarding digital assets, cryptocurrencies, taxation, anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), sanctions, and financial reporting obligations.
